Through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to exceptional service, my business has achieved steady year-over-year growth. Prior to entrepreneurship, I spent over a decade in employee benefits and payroll sales, working with small and mid-sized businesses to implement tailored solutions that enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. At Paychex, I specialized in 401(k) retirement plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, and HR benefits, earning top sales rankings and a reputation for delivering results. Before that, I worked at Intuit Payroll, where I developed a strong foundation in payroll solutions and client management. I also gained experience in wealth management at Bond Street Wealth Management, further broadening my expertise in financial services. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Washington. Early in my career, I interned with Child Protective Services in Seattle and Bellevue, working alongside caseworkers to support foster care placements and ensure the well-being of children and families. Throughout my career, my passion for problem-solving, relationship-building, and driving meaningful impact has remained at the core of everything I do.
