In this role, I proposed, assisted in the facilitation and directed the Paint with a Michelle workshop where our YP in care were able to learn how to Dot paint, learn the meaning behind it, and understand their Totems, and the meanings behind symbols used in Dot painting. Disability TL In the Disability employment, TTW, I facilitated the TTW program in Queanbeyan and Goulburn, resumes, uniform options, employment, social inclusions, employment pathways programs and Day options. Connections with many stakeholders to engage with clients for potential employment or worker experience. I attended schools and gained referrals to our TTW at DSA Queanbeyan and Goulburn. I facilitated programs and assisted participants in obtaining employment and knowledge and understanding of living independently. I conducted daily programs to help assist the employment process. Day options, I also facilitated the transport and day options programs, activities, and outings. Working in the disability industry is a passion of mine, and I am an advocate for our most vulnerable people. Additionally, I have served as a Correctional Officer at AMC where I helped maintain safety and security and prevent recidivism.
