Tamara has extensive experience building long term partnerships with individuals and businesses. She has strong program and project management skills. Tamara defines strategy aligned to the business objectives, establishes clear processes and organizes, manages and prioritizes multiple projects and programs with impact in a fast paced environment. In addition Tamara has expertise personally recruiting & head hunting across a variety of sectors, different countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam), family owned operated businesses, multinationals and conglomerates. She has opened & run a new office for Michael Page in Indonesia and Vietnam and launched her own company in Vietnam. Tamara has managed a P&L and understands the implications of running a business. Tamara has expertise leading & managing large teams, a variety of HR programs, ranging from manpower planning and talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding and employee exit, succession planning, performance management, operations, C&B structuring, L&D, competency based human resources and implementation of HR information systems. Tamara has worked with businesses going through organisational change or high growth projects who needed problem solving capabilities and an ability to manage ambiguity with agility.
