I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. Usually in an office setting. Most of my customer service experience comes from working at The Denver Zoo for almost 10 years in the Guest Relations department. Every day was an adventure and I learned so much about dealing with the public. My current position at Bayaud Enterprises allows me to continue learning about and utilizing my customer service skills with the added benefit of working daily with people with disabilities. I can't express how much I have learned about life from them.
