About Tamara Graff

A provider of individual, couples, group, and family therapy for the treatment of relational issues, as well as grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse, family of origin issues, parenting support and education, as well as building coping skills, and dealing with divorce and blended families. I believe that while no two people are exactly the same, we all share some similarities. As humans, we all have experiences and relationships that form our outlooks, bonds, perspectives, and emotions. My approach to therapy is foremost person centered, because I believe making a personal connection and utilizing the therapeutic relationship is paramount to help facilitate healing. Beyond that, I am systemic in approach to further help conceptualize clients’ whole systems and therefore aid the process of change more efficiently. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover protective emotions. I also have a passion for work with grief and loss. I believe in a whole-person approach to therapy and life, and strive to maintain a balance in my life on different levels to better meet the needs of my clients.
