When a persons quality of daily living is compromised I assist by advocating on their behalf and/or family members successfully obtain approvals for the the Disability Tax Credit Certificate offered by the Canadian Government. By working closely with the client and their Doctor's, Physio Therapist, O.T's, Personal Case Workers and more I clarify and identify how their illness (physical or mental), or injury has and continues to impede the "activities of daily living". I am able to successfully achieve an approval for the Disability Tax Credit entitling them to large refunds back on preciously filed taxes. I assist by working through the application process, by providing extensive details through intake interviews and meetings. By providing all additional information to their authorized practitioners in order to have them qualify and approved for the Disability Tax Credit from the Canada Revenue Agency. I continue to demonstrate a proven impeccable success record for clients by obtaining favourable determinations for the DTC and supplementary benefits. I work closely with each client, their family and practitioners to ensure success before submitting any applications. This approach has proven to guarantee my clients the best opportunity to become eligible to claim the Disability Tax Credit for their individual taxes or to possibly be transfer the DTC to a caregiver. My clients have received large refunds in amounts ranging from to from retroactively refunds by claiming the DTC and applying theses amounts to previous years of tax filings. I continue to have clients approved for the DTC and therefore thousands of dollars are paid out retroactively to individuals for their limitations along with their family members also receiving additional retroactive refunds for caregiving.
