About Tamara Hansen

As the Director of Sales at NRT Technology, I help casinos, sports books, lotteries, retailers, and ATM route operators worldwide transform their payment systems, kiosks, analytics, and digital experiences. I am passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth, and I leverage my expertise in digital transformation, gaming, and fintech to deliver value and solutions to my clients. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies, Speech and Language Pathology from California State University, Fresno, where I learned the importance of effective and authentic communication. This skill has served me well in my previous roles as a Leadership Consultant, facilitating workshops and presentations on cohesive communication and leading with authenticity, and as a Sales Manager for MGM Resorts International, representing some of the most iconic names on the Las Vegas Strip. I am also an active member and committee member of Global Gaming Women, bringing women from all over the industry together, and I serve as an advocate for children in the foster care system through Guardian at Litem (Palm Beach County). I believe in making a positive impact on the people and the world around me, and I am always eager to learn, grow, and connect.
