About Tamara Johnson

As a California Board Registered Nurse, I have a passion for caring for the individual as a whole person- mind, body, and spirit. I am efficient and detail oriented, working to serve those around me to the best of my ability. Working closely with the interdisciplinary teams has given me a deeper understanding of and appreciation for the healthcare industry. Having worked in the service industry as a waitress for 15 years, I have developed many skills that have proven useful in my professional nursing career. I am extremely organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. I prioritize very well, and am able to stay focused, even in stressful situations. I am a strong believer in doing a job right the first time, and giving it my very best. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology in addition to having my Associates Degree in Nursing. The study of Sociology has helped me to appreciate the differences that individuals bring to a society, and the importance that society, in turn, plays for the individual, further enhancing my nursing skills set.
