About Tamara Klaric

Tamara's core focus is competition law and M&A, with also a background knowledge of civil law. During three and a half years of experience in Schoenherr, Tamara got engaged in numerous international projects, mergers and takeovers having effects in regional jurisdictions: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro. Hard work on a large number of diversified transactions, among which major takeovers in telecommunication, insurance, automotive. pharmaceutical, construction sector (etc.), made her familiar with legal environment in the above named countries. Advising clients in complicated transactions and parallel representing before the regional competition authorities helped her to gain a comprehensive insight of competition law principles and aspects applied in the region. As a background to this, she made her first professional steps in a law office based in Sarajevo as a summer trainee during her bachelor studies. The practice was mainly oriented to civil law, dispute resolution and real estate. Even when being duly professional one should never forget what are our core values and assignments - to break inter-human, inter-cultural, inter-national boundaries.
