About Tamara Krstic

I’m an operations leader passionate about solving complex problems, building high-performing teams, and transforming the way work gets done.Over the past 6+ years, I’ve grown from an operational analyst role into leading mission-critical operations and strategic initiatives within fast-paced, customer-driven environments. My experience spans team leadership, process transformation, automation, AI adoption, stakeholder management, and large-scale operational change.I enjoy identifying inefficiencies and turning them into opportunities for improvement. Some of the initiatives I’m most proud of include implementing automation and AI-driven solutions that reduced cash-out occurrences by 75%, reduced manual work from approximately 5 hours daily to under 1 hour, and leading the transition of 80+ customers with zero customer impact while simultaneously managing multiple strategic initiatives.Beyond operational performance, I strongly believe that sustainable results come from people. I’m passionate about developing teams, building cross-functional partnerships, and creating environments where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement can thrive.Recognized with Best Innovation (2025) and Best Cross-Functional Partner (2026) awards, I’m always interested in opportunities to drive meaningful change, improve processes, and create measurable business impact.Core areas of focus:• Operations Leadership• Process Transformation• Automation & AI Enablement• Team Development• Project & Program Leadership• Cross-Functional Collaboration• Continuous Improvement
