About Tamara Lenaerts

Tamara is a curious and committed professional who enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams in order to bring people from different backgrounds together. She joined Deloitte in November 2021 as a consultant in the Operations Transformation team (newly named Technology Strategy & Transformation). Concretely, Tamara works as a functional and business analyst providing guidance on designing, implementing, and deploying industry-specific solutions and programs that transform core business operations, maximize operational efficiency and optimize capital assets. She started her professional career as a senior representative at the Bank of New York Mellon. As part of the Global Business Support team within the Corporate Actions department, Tamara was working as a functional tester on various implementation & transformation projects to improve internal processes for the operational teams. Tamara holds a master and bachelor degree in business engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. During her studies, she had the opportunity to do an exchange program in Hong Kong at PolyU University. Lastly, Tamara has a great interest in development cooperation, DE & I and fashion design.
