In the funeral industry, we honor the dead and we care for the living. The funeral industry has become seen as a commodity and not a service that is very much needed. I can help with the transition of un-commoditizing your funeral home. You are not a thing. You don't serve things. You don't sell things. Leaning on the legacy of my grandfather, who started our funeral home in 1956, I think Big and Build social media and online strategies that make funeral homes stand out and communities seeing their funeral directors in a different light. Funeral homes hire me when they are stuck. When they don't know what to say so they can serve more families more consistently; or when they are stuck because they don't how to transition their family owned funeral home to someone new - in or out of the family. I can help with those difficult conversations within your own family to ease the transition or within the community so you can lead your families and your community in their journey of life and death. I was one of the very first people to help funeral homes create their online presence. I have grown up in the industry and I know the difficult job that funeral directors and owners have in marketing their funeral home. I have a unique perspective on funeral homes and their marketing. I grew up in the funeral industry watching my grandfather and father care for the community. I worked in the funeral home when I was a teen, I went into the music industry for a while, came back to work in the family firm. After receiving my Master's degree I went to AAMI to receive my Mortuary Science degree, I passed my National Boards and was in my residency when I decided to leave the funeral home to strike out on my own.
