With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries including textiles, electronics, and cybersecurity. What drives me is the opportunity to create positive, engaging, and inclusive environments where employees can thrive—while ensuring business goals and people’s growth remain aligned. My expertise spans talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll management, and labor law compliance. Beyond the core HR processes, I’m passionate about internal communication, corporate events, employee engagement, and employer branding, always with the goal of fostering a vibrant and motivating workplace culture. Currently, I lead HR for Latin America and Canada at a global cybersecurity company. In this role, I partner closely with leadership to design and deliver impactful people strategies, strengthen employee experiences, and build an environment where collaboration and innovation can flourish. I believe that strong organizations are built on trust, belonging, and continuous growth. My purpose as an HR leader is to support employees in realizing their full potential while contributing to the long-term success of the business.
