Brisbane-based, I enjoy being a part of the leading real estate group in Australasia, Ray White, in my newly established role which reinforces the group’s ambitious technology strategy. My role as Digital Performance Team Leader takes in managing and driving the performance of Ray White's Digital Performance Specialists across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the Chief Systems Officer, Jason Alford and our specialist leadership group (SLG Executive) to align the team to our agreed strategy and equip them with the necessary tools to improve efficiency and performance across our member network. One of my key responsibilities is to create national training content that engages, supports, and trains the Ray White Network to leverage the technology platform, One System.
