From Helpdesk Engineer, to Data Conversion Engineer, to Global Data Services Manager, I have had a varied experience in the IT industry. However, the most enjoyable and rewarding part of my career has been implementing and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud. This formed part of my two most recent roles and now I am on a journey to make Salesforce Administration my full-time career. I don't just complete requests that tick a box. I like to understand the reason behind the request, the department(s) that it will impact, and the future benefit that it will bring. I take the time to learn the department's terminology, best practices, and their objectives so I can provide solutions that will make a real impact. This is why I worked with several teams when I implemented Salesforce for my previous company and I am now learning Sales best practices to help future Sales teams drive higher lead-to-order generation. My key achievements are: • Reduced order fulfilment efficiency by 57% within 1 year. • Reduced manual data entry by 20% within 1 month. • Migrated 30+ users across 4 departments to Salesforce within 4 months. • Become Salesforce Certified Administrator after 1 month of intense study and practice. • Decreased dental offices' data migration downtime by 50%.
