Pharmacist with an MBA. I have the opportunity to lead 2 brands in the professional channel of L'Oreal Chile: Kérastase & Redken. Among my functions, the constant challenge of positioning 2 brands with different business models, sales, marketing and constantly defining the strategy that each brand will face in the coming years. Responsible for maintaining a healthy budget, managing P&L and ensuring REX in a highly dynamic environment with a strong focus not only on our clients, but also in our consumer. I consider myself a very enthusiastic, optimistic and energetic person.
