While I genuinely enjoy working with people, I thrive in the background - organizing systems, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. I'm energized by the kind of work most people overlook: process improvement, documentation, follow-up, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. My journey has taken me from military service in high-pressure scenarios overseas to managing compliance and fraud processes in financial institutions.
