About Tamara Spasojevic

As a Real Estate Valuation Advisor with the Stage 2 LRT Property Acquisition group, I provide a range of valuation services for internal public sector clients. Since joining the City, I have gained experience in valuation of various ownership interests in income properties and commercial and residential land. As a senior analyst with the Research, Valuation and Advisory (RVA) group in Altus Ottawa office, I provided a range of consulting and valuation services for both private and public sector clients. During my work at Altus Group, I have gained experience in the valuation of income properties (office, industrial and retail). Key responsibilities included the preparation of valuation reports, market rent studies, sales and lease analyses and cash flow modeling with the use of the Argus software. Prior to working at Altus, I worked as Electrical Engineer, involved with design of electrical systems in commercial and industrial premises. As an electrical engineer, I developed a strong sense of the costs involved in construction and a general understanding of the real estate market.
