As an EP Field Inventory Analyst II at Boston Scientific, I am responsible for analyzing and optimizing the inventory levels and distribution of the electrophysiology products across the field locations. I work with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and replenishment of the inventory. I also provide customer service and support to the field representatives and customers regarding inventory issues and inquiries. I have over 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, having previously worked as a Field Inventory Analyst I and a Customer Service Specialist at Boston Scientific and Baylis Medical, respectively. In these roles, I developed and demonstrated my skills in teamwork, Microsoft Office, and customer service. I am passionate about improving the health outcomes and quality of life of the patients who use our products, and I strive to contribute to the mission and vision of Boston Scientific.
