About Tamara Swan

Project, Program, and People Manager with 10+ years supporting product and engineering teams in tech, and a client-delivery/agency-centered background. I am deeply focused on learning & development, coaching teams, and have a knack for how good processes can make work ( & people) better. I earned my Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a field which allows me to creatively access my academic background in psych combined with my professional experience improving processes and creating efficiencies on my teams using a data-driven approach.I currently lead the PMO (Program Management Office) at Ovia Health by Labcorp, a team that I built and scaled. My responsibilities include managing a team of Project Managers and QA testers who work across our engineering and product teams to support Ovia's digital solutions for women's health. Ovia's mission advocating for women's and family health is something I whole-heartedly support; I'm excited to help drive these solutions every day.
