Eight years ago, I bought a $50 whiteboard off Gumtree and sat down with my husband to map out a business that would genuinely change lives. That was the beginning of Axon Property Group. Since then, we’ve built a values-driven, veteran-focused property coaching company that helps current and former Defence members and their families secure their financial future through property. Today, Axon is proud to be one of Australia’s Best Workplaces, known for our strong culture, flexible environment, and clear purpose. As the General Manager, I oversee operations, finance, HR, and marketing strategy, but my real focus is building a place where people can thrive. I believe in empowering teams, leading with heart, and always staying connected to why we started in the first place. Beyond Axon, I’m passionate about helping other small to medium business owners (especially women) grow sustainable, values-aligned companies. I speak on topics like purpose, leadership, authenticity, and AI for business, and I’m currently building a coaching business that helps entrepreneurs build bold and profitable businesses without losing themselves in the process.
