With over 15 years of experience in various HR roles, I am an articulate, experienced, and driven professional who provides strategic and operational HR support to Chef Middle East, a leading foodservice company in the region. I have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a focus on Economics and Business Management from Goa University. My core competencies include human resources management, performance management, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement. I am responsible for implementing and leading all HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity, goal attainment, and empowerment. I advise and mentor line managers in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing employee grievances. I also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. My mission is to enable and facilitate the growth and success of Chef Middle East and its employees.
