About Tamara Webb

Dr. Tamara Webb has amassed over twenty years of varied experience supporting college entry and matriculation of high-achieving and historically underrepresented groups in higher education both domestically and abroad. Currently a global university design professional, her work includes substantial professional investments with federally-funded TRIO programs in the U.S, of which she is also a proud alumna. In addition, she is an experienced qualitative researcher and educator with a special focus on maximizing effectiveness and mutual benefit in experiential learning and international exchange and partnership projects. Tamara has worked and conducted research on education policy, partnerships, volunteering, digital learning, and teacher training in the U.S.A, Belize, Ghana, Liberia, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Africa. Dr. Webb has experience working with diverse international research teams and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Her formal training includes advanced degrees in public administration, international development, anthropology, and education.
