Background

About Tamaria Moore

I am a dedicated Eligibility Specialist with the Raleigh Housing Authority, bringing several years of administrative expertise and a strong commitment to serving communities with excellence and integrity. My career is fueled by a passion for helping individuals and families access the resources they need to thrive. Beyond my professional role, I am deeply involved in community leadership and youth empowerment. I serve with the Beautiful Rose Club, encouraging and mentoring young women ages 12–24, and I actively contribute to organizing James City Day — a historic celebration honoring the legacy of a community founded in 1863. I am also the founder of Create Mooree, a growing photography business dedicated to capturing authentic stories through creative visuals. My goal is to expand into a full studio space by the end of 2025, while also using my skills to train and inspire the next generation of media creators. Whether working in housing services, leading community initiatives, or building my business, I bring focus, creativity, and a heart for impact to everything I do.
