About Tamas Mark

Tamas is a Member of RICS and has extensive experience in managing complex real estate structures holding assets across many property sectors. He is also Member of the Executive Board of LuxReal. In his current role as Head of Real Estate at IQ-EQ Luxembourg, he acts as a key relationship director to a dedicated portfolio of Real Estate clients and is responsible for driving the Real Estate strategy for Luxembourg within the Alternative Investment Fund segment. He is also a member of the valuation committee of IQ-EQ's third party AIFM. Prior to joining IQ-EQ he held a number of strategic senior leadership roles such as Director Real Estate and Business Unit Director, Real Estate Solutions with a Luxembourg based investor services group. His experience also includes a three-year period as a Senior Manager for Corporate & Tax Services with a niche Luxembourg based law firm as well as senior tax advisory roles with two of the Big 4 accountancy practices. Tamas is qualified as a chartered accountant, certified tax advisor and he is vice-chairing industry leading working groups in Luxembourg. A native Hungarian speaker, Tamas is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge in French and German.
