About Tamela Stith

I am a licensed K-12 Art Teacher for the state of Virginia. I have developed highly effective art techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed me to educate all style learners, and encourage an exciting and engaging learning environment that effectively teaches art appreciation, that advances creativity, and enriches independence. I feel my greatest strength as an educator is meeting each student’s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I achieve this by viewing and assessing the students as individuals, and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences. My goal is to support artistic growth while providing a nurturing environment.
