I am a senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in managing complex high end luxury projects from concept design to final handover. My educational background in interior design has given me a strong foundation in aesthetics, functionality, and space optimization, which I have seamlessly integrated into my extensive project management experience. Throughout my career, I have led diverse interior design projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, where I managed every phase of the project lifecycle which includes but not limited to : • Concept Design & Planning: Collaborating with clients, architects, and designers to develop creative concepts aligned with the client’s vision while ensuring feasibility and budget compliance. • Tendering & Contract Management: managing tender processes, evaluating bids, and managing contracts to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project requirements. • Awarding the contractor : prepare reports and comparison sheets for the bidders and discuss it with management to choose the contractor, review contract and assure it is covering all project scope and it is align with company policies. • Planning of Execution: review the planning program, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of all milestones. • Site Management: Overseeing on-site activities, resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards throughout construction and interior fit-outs. • Handover Process: Ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, conducting final inspections, and managing documentation for a seamless project closeout. My dual expertise in interior design and project management allows me to bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution. I thrive on delivering spaces that are not only visually stunning but also functional and built to the highest standards. A brief of my achievements: 1 - Royal VVIP projdcts such as luxury palaces, complex projects and hospitalty projects in the UAE (some was a mega projects) 2- renovation of Rites Carleton of Doha 3- Ritaj Arrayan full interior and fit-out ( design and build) 4- design and build of Qatar chamber of commerce extension ( full architectural and fit-out) 5- Renovation of Awqaf ministry, Doha, Qatar 6- design and build of Supreme judiciary council's new tower (interior and fit-out) 7- full renovation of Qatar national bank.
