I have worked as a human resources professional for the past 4 years. And I worked as a customer service agent before that for almost 12 years. I possess the knowledge and skills to perform the job with excellence. As an HR Administrator, I handled all aspects of human resources including managing the hiring process, developing training and managing schedules. And as Customer service professional, I handled customer care with utmost efficiency and always aimed to provide the best Customer experience that could be provided anywhere, making sure that clients are always happy and will always return to us with positive feed back. I am well-versed in employment life cycle and am highly organized. My high-energy personality and interpersonal skills lend themselves well to working with staff with diversity of culture and backgrounds. My experience along with my personal qualities make me an ideal candidate for HR positions or Managment positions, As I am quick to respond and to deal with employment issues as they may arise and I am able to handle them efficiently with sensitivity. I know I can use my experience in human resources and combine it with my high standard customer care and service to build relationships to become successful as an HR Administrator or an Office manager.
