People often overlook the importance of relationship and the role it plays in all aspects of life. However, I understand that relationship serves as the foundation of all the work that I do. For the past 7+ years, I have worked within communities to ensure the safety and success of the family. With a special emphasis on building authentic relationships, I aim to uncover client needs in order to best match them with community resources and services to best support their development. By conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, I am able to identify areas of improvements within processes, which when addressed, work to streamline and improve back-office productivity. All decisions that I make are community-centered, in identifying practical ways to leverage a communities’ strengths to support the needs of the collective.
