I am an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Executive Director with over 10 years' experience providing strategic leadership in portfolio, program, and project management. I have worked in organizations from a university ranked in the top 1.4% of universities in the world, to a nationally recognized health plan, to an established $12B public trust and sales agency, to a start up third party administrator supporting managed care organizations. I have experience managing budgets $100M+, managing nationally distributed teams, building out EPMOs from the ground up, and developing and delivering strategic roadmaps. I have a proven track record of increasing engagement by encouraging diversity of thought and implementing meaningful cultural and organizational change.
