I’m an accomplished healthcare operations leader with over 16 years of experience in medical coding, revenue cycle management, and cross-functional team leadership. As a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), I’ve built a career optimizing coding accuracy, improving reimbursement outcomes, and ensuring compliance across complex healthcare systems. Currently, I lead a team of 7 coding professionals at Sanford Health, where I partner with physicians, administrators, and compliance teams to streamline workflows, enhance documentation, and drive measurable performance improvements. I’m especially passionate about empowering teams through mentorship, leveraging data to inform decisions, and staying ahead of regulatory changes to reduce organizational risk.
