About Tami Baumann

I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive culture where employees are excited and encouraged to participate, grow, and thrive. I came to realize this calling through my experience as the fourth teammate of a disruptive real estate startup and working as a change agent and employee of a dynamic and growing team becoming experts and owners of our craft deploying G Suite for global organizations. I truly believe that an organization and employees growth are not mutually exclusive, in fact, their alignment is imperative. I am a proud University of Southern California Alumni. I earned both my undergraduate and Masters Degrees at USC, where I was challenged everyday and grew both in the classroom, and on the Track. In 2010 I graduated with a degree in Global Business and immediately continued my studies in Strategic Communication Management, earning my Masters degree in 2012. While at USC, I was also fortunate enough to participate in Track and Field as a Hammer thrower, and proudly represented USC at Conference and National Competitions.
