About Tami Brown

I am a dedicated Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (California Registered APCC) committed to supporting veterans, active-duty service members, and their families through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I am a retired a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, I understand the unique challenges of military life, transitions, and recovery. My counseling style blends trauma-informed interventions with whole-person wellness strategies, integrating mental, physical, and emotional health for lasting change. I also hold certifications as a Menopause Coaching Specialist, currently studying for NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Nutrition Coach, and, enabling me to address both psychological and physical well-being—especially during life transitions such as menopause, post-service reintegration, and injury recovery. My goal is to bridge the gap between clinical counseling and the veteran community, helping clients reclaim resilience, identity, and purpose.
