About Tami Lea Heaton
I’m the founder of Regulation, a wellness initiative rooted in somatic practice, neurodivergent peer support, and nervous system education. After a career in tech and media, I pivoted into wellness and trauma recovery work following severe burnout and a long-overdue autism diagnosis process. I now design and lead sensory-informed programming—including sound baths, breathwork, adaptive movement, and peer-led support—for communities navigating trauma, chronic stress, addiction recovery, and neurodivergence. My work blends ritual, creativity, and co-regulation. I also handcraft wellness tools (teas, incense, bath products) under the Regulation Rituals label and teach sensory-friendly creative practices like jewelry-making and collage as tools for emotional expression and regulation. I’m currently launching product lines, hosting seasonal events, and laying the foundation for a permanent community space in Columbia, MO.
