I have gained the ability to acquire new concepts quickly, working well with a team or independently. I work well under pressure while displaying professional customer service. I have experience in sales. Intermediate in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Publisher. I am experienced in using different software packages, recently received certification for Housing Choice Voucher Eligibility, occupancy, calculation. I am very eager, extremely organized, and very optimistic about acquiring new acquisitions to better myself and career. I have assisted/ supported one or more employee; I gained this experience working in the field of property management. Along with many responsibilities of an Assistant Property Manager, leasing professional, I also was an Administrative Assistant to the property managers through-out the years. I have operated office tools/ machinery such as the fax machine, copy machine, scanner, money scanner, computer (hardware and software) etc. I have been primarily responsible for answering all phone calls and greeting each person who walked through the office doors, setting appointments with contractors, ordering office supplies, following up on delinquencies etc. In addition to my extensive administrative assistant experience, I have strong communication, customer service, Sales and office skills. I have experience with section 8 and tax credit communities working closely with People encouraging People, Innovative Housing Institute, Baltimore City and County Section 8, MBQ etc. I have maintained occupancy and met move in goals through being consistent in marketing using craigslist, follow-ups using Yardi Pop-card as well as for rent leads etc.
