With over 15 years of experience across multiple sectors, including nonprofit, education, and community-based organizations, I specialize in leading data-driven strategies that foster growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.As an Executive Leader, I have led an organization’s largest and longest-running region, providing workforce development services to over 400 recipients annually. My expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic plans, cultivating high-level partnerships, managing large teams, and securing revenue-generating partnerships. In addition, I have planned and scaled both regional and national revenue generating events. With a deep commitment to inclusivity and equity, I lead initiatives that drive organizational success while ensuring that team development and retention remain at the forefront.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated success in talent management, leadership development, and change management. I thrive on creating innovative solutions that improve employee experience, enhance performance, and create systems that enable measurable success. Whether it's through cultivating diverse partnerships, implementing sustainable programming, or mentoring teams, I am driven by a commitment to producing long-term impact.In addition to my professional achievements, I hold an M.S. in Human Service Administration, with a focus on Organizational Effectiveness, and a B.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I am also an ICF Certified Professional Coach, which has helped shape my approach to leadership and team development. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Jack and Jill of America, and an active volunteer in my local community.
