I began my professional journey in Bangladesh and later moved to the UAE to build a better future through hard work, learning, and dedication. I started my career as an MEP Sourcing Specialist, where I developed hands-on experience in identifying, engaging, and mobilising skilled manpower for engineering and construction projects. I specialised in sourcing trades such as HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Pipe Fitters, Duct Fitters, Electricians, AC/Chiller Technicians, Fire Fighting Technicians, Insulators, Mechanical Technicians, and BMS Technicians — ensuring the right people reached site on time. Today, I serve as Head of MEP Recruitment, leading and managing the full manpower strategy for large-scale projects across the UAE and GCC. My role involves workforce planning, overseeing large mobilisation drives, aligning recruitment with project timelines, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. I work closely with project stakeholders to make sure our internal teams are equipped to deliver across complex construction, energy, and infrastructure projects. I take pride in being reliable, organised, and adaptable, with a strong focus on leadership and delivery. My goal is to continue building efficient manpower solutions that strengthen project execution and support the long-term growth of our business in the UAE.
