About Tammy A. Johnson

With almost 20 years experience in the education industry, I am dedicated to empowering educators to transform the learning experience for their students through innovative instruction and technology. As an Education Consultant at Promethean, I design and implement high-impact professional development opportunities for faculty and staff in Colton Joint Unified School District, helping them to use Promethean technology more effectively and efficiently in classrooms district-wide. I also collaborate with site principals and district administrators to develop and monitor learning plans that align with district and campus priorities, and support the educational needs and rights of diverse learners. As a contract consultant, former teacher and site administrator, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills in classroom management and instruction, as well as teacher mentoring, educational leadership, and advocacy. I am passionate about creating organized, effective, and sustainable programs, systems, and processes that enhance student achievement and educator growth.
