I have a track record of building high-performing teams and nurturing the growth of future business leaders. My experience includes launching new business operations, building and supporting my team through the entire employee lifecycle, crafting local standard operating procedures, and cultivating new business and community relationships. In the process, I've had the privilege of leading a team of over 30 direct reports, achieving a remarkable 100% employee satisfaction rating, and maintaining a stellar 0% lost time injury rate for several consecutive years.
