I am resourceful in finding learning opportunities that can be applied to my skill set and our business. I am honest and professional and share values of respect, integrity, and trust with my colleagues. I have a positive attitude, calm demeanor and can focus in distracting situations. I am receptive to criticism and continuously seeking feedback and advice. I quickly learn new software and concepts. I have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. I strive to continue to grow within myself and the company I work for. I co-founded PUSH cycling studio in Airdrie, and was primarily responsible for marketing, including but not limited to; brand strategy, campaigns, content creation, website and graphic design, social media marketing and strategy, events, budgeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, internal advertising, customer service and relations, creative challenges, chalkboard art, sales and promotions. It takes a great deal of time management to work full-time, run a business and a family and was able to successfully accomplish this with the help and support of a business partner, family and friends. We continued to operate throughout part of the global pandemic before deciding the long-term impact would be detrimental to our livelihoods, so we closed our doors permanently after six years. Clearly I can work independently and as part of a team. As an entrepreneur, I gained much experience and knowledge about all aspects of running a business, and desire to continually excel in all areas of marketing. I have diplomas in Visual Communications and in Digital Marketing, and continue to learn and grow everyday.
