With over 7 years of experience at Oracle, I am a Director of SaaS Supply Chain Management, Cloud Support, leading a global team of 4 Managers and 55 engineers to support a fast-growing ERP solution for thousands of customers. I have a Master's degree in Leadership/Biblical Studies and multiple certifications in project management, process improvement, and IT service management. My core competencies include team leadership and development, IT project/program management, strategic planning, process improvement, organizational change management, managing budgets and contracts, ERP development and implementation, and operational excellence. I am passionate about driving business automation and improvements, bridging the gaps between customers, support, and development, and representing the Global Support Organization at customer and partner conferences and events. My mission is to deliver high-quality SaaS software support and customer satisfaction, while developing relationships and establishing trust with internal and external stakeholders.
