About Tammy Flint

My 20+ years in leadership, project management and analysis experience and skillsets enable me to identify/understand the vision, collaborate to develop an implementation plan, successfully execute that plan and socialize to gain buy-in along the journey, whether working remote (10+ years) or in-person. Throughout my career, I've typically led multiple cross-functional teams made up of Business Units, Vendors and IT Teams on a program or project. Working at the Enterprise level much of my career has given me the impartial perspective to successfully communicate and facilitate ideas to implement solutions for the good of the entire Enterprise and Customers. It has also given me experience in managing a wide variety of projects with different Stakeholders, Vendors and Teams. My background in process development and continuous improvement in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies has delivered improved experiences for both Employees and Customers.
