About Tammy Flint

Tammy Flint is the Director of Clinical Applications and Training for Open Door Community Health Centers (ODCHC). ODCHC operates 11 Federally Qualified Health Centers in rural northern California. As the Director of Clinical Applications and Training, Tammy oversees all aspects of the OCHIN Epic electronic health record system and supervises a team of EHR supervisors and Site Specialists to support the needs of the organization. She manages a team of 20 employees that focus on system builds, troubleshooting, new functionality, training, and workflow documentation. Tammy has been involved in various health occupations since 1986 and has been employed with Open Door Community Health Centers since 1993. During her tenure with ODCHC, she has served as Medical Records Supervisor, Office Manager, Site Administrator, Service Area Administrator, EPIC and Systems Manager and now the Director of Clinical Applications and Training. Tammy exhibits approachable expertise and is an excellent resource for other departments. She is passionate about supporting the mission to provide quality healthcare and access for all in her community regardless of socioeconomic status.
