High capacity to learn, apply and convey to others to ensure team is successful. Successfully saved the largest corn mill in major Corn Mill >$10MM since 2004 from alkali replacement project. Sulfite replacement project in boilers has saved >$1MM annually and helped ensure more accurate data results. Demonstrated the ability to save Cargill >$0.5 MM annually through minimal changes in AGLIME application program. Successfully developed, trained and provided team management to team of twenty operational technicians to commission a multibillion dollar fertilizer company in the utilities areas of Nat Gas, Power, Steam, Wastewater, Water and environmental areas. Developed training, testing and development programs to ensure PSSM qualified in the fertilizer plant.
