About Tammy Harper

I have 25 years of experience with a Distribution center. 15 years on the floor as an associate, the last 10 I have held positions within QA as an auditor and then progressing to QA manager over multiple campuses. I love seeing a tech pack or design and understanding the work and process of making a garment well. Within that process things may happen and understanding the beginning to end process helps me to manage and make our department successful. Over the years i have learned that there is no small issue, only issues that can become an problem if not addressed. Clothing is not something i ever thought I would be interested in or concerned about, however this job has peaked an interest in me that feeds my love of my job everyday. Customer impact, brand expectations and Gap success are at the forefront of Quality Assurance. Love what you do even through the frustrations has been the jumping point of my journey with Quality. I enjoy my job, the people i work with and the never ending changes that drop daily. its a constant challenge and one fantastic reward.
