About Tammy Kardosh

I am a mission-driven leader with a strong foundation in healthcare operations, team development, and organizational change. In my role as Clinical Research Manager at Oregon Health and Science University, I led complex programs supporting over 150 pediatric studies, while guiding teams through rapid growth, restructuring, and strategic alignment. What has energized me most throughout my career is building systems that help people thrive. I have mentored early career professionals, realigned workflows to reduce staff burden, led program integrations across departments, and shaped cross-functional initiatives that improved collaboration and communication. I have also presented at Grand Rounds and partnered with senior leadership to drive patient-centered innovation and continuous improvement. Through my work, I have developed a deep interest in organizational development and people-centered leadership. I am especially passionate about creating healthy team cultures, designing inclusive structures, and aligning missions with daily operations. I am continually exploring how systems thinking, strategic planning, and change leadership can support long-term impact across healthcare, healthplans and nonprofit environments.
