About Tammy Mascuilli

As an IT and healthcare professional, I have had the opportunity of experiencing and working with many different types of hardware and software in both simple physical situations to complex, virtualized server, enterprise data center environments. Both within the clinical setting and out. I have had the pleasure of working with Hyper-V and VMware ESX managing complex multi-site Windows domains while integrating and supporting other operating systems such as Apple OSX and Linux based thin clients. Other accomplishments consist of project management from the initial design phase through completion, heavy support of stakeholders, remote end users and database administration using Agile, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBase, Salesforce and a large range of client used solutions. In addition, my education and experience has enabled me to adapt to both small and large scale projects; providing a rational outcome to conflicts and ability to communicate to stakeholders and personnel. Additionally, I am proficient in support and management of Microsoft’s Office suite and management of both on premises and cloud based applications and Exchange environments. I have worked with, supported and trained small to large groups of employees and end users with company specific and proprietary software.
