About Tammy McDermott

Hello and welcome! My name is Tammy McDermott and I've had a career in Healthcare for over 20 years. I've worked as an HIM Director, Practice Manager, Corporate Compliance Officer and Project Manager. In every position I held, I looked for ways to improve the efficiency of processes, encourage teamwork and patient satisfaction while reducing costs - this is part of my innate nature. I'm also a licensed REALTOR® with Roberts Brothers, Inc. in Daphne, Alabama. I started a second career in Real Estate to help people, I know this sounds cliché but it’s the truth. I’ve bought and sold many houses over the years and I’ve had some poor and some great experiences. The best experience I had was when I relocated to the Gulf Coast. It's that experience I want for my customers- Thank you, Rich. I was born and raised in small town in upstate New York and had life long aspirations of being a Real Estate Agent. Never in a million years did I think I’d actually be living my dream! So many ask why I chose Real Estate after building a successful career. Well, it's because of you! I want to live the rest of my life helping people realize their dreams of home ownership, I call this the happiness project. So if you're looking for someone who can run a healthcare facility or department or if you're looking for a house in Alabama I'm your gal. Look forward to hearing from you! Tammy
