About Tammy Rose

Dedicated to providing educational leadership and guidance to students and teachers in public education, Tammy Rose has been recognized for her passion and dedicated to improving educational programs that position teachers for success in the classroom as well as in situations that require distance learning. Tammy began her career as a classroom teacher before transitioning to a leader role as an elementary school teacher in 2007 with the Oakland Unified School District (CA). She made the successful transition to the Berkeley Unified School District (CA) where she has been an integral in advancing learning and development initiatives on behalf of faculty and staff members. Tammy engenders trust and cultivates lasting relationships by consistently delivering on promises. She leverages this sense of accountability to manage partner relationships, oversee staff, and develop rapport with faculty, students and parents. Tammy holds a Master of Arts degree from Mills College in Oakland, CA as well as numerous professional development certifications.
