As a project manager at AngelEye Health for the past year and a half, I specialize in bridging the gap between clinical and technical teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions. I lead projects from Sales handoff through design, development, implementation, and Customer Success transition—ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence every step of the way. With over four years of combined experience as a product owner and scrum master, I’ve also led agile product development, legacy system support, and new technology initiatives at Baptist Health—one of the largest healthcare systems in the Southeast. My work includes projects in conversational AI, virtual assistant deployment, process automation, mobile app development, enterprise systems, clinical applications, and patient-facing solutions. Certified in Corepoint Health Integration Engine (Level I) and Epic Bridges/Data Courier Admin, I have also led interface teams—overseeing system integration testing, XML schema, and secure data exchanges across platforms. Rooted in servant leadership, I foster collaborative, empowered teams that deliver results.
